[vtkusers] Cannot find vtkImageMapper3D.h

Hello,

I have finally found what I need. Thank you for reading and sorry for the
inconvenience.


For those who will have similar questions: All missing files can be found
at: http://vtk.org/gitweb?p=VTK.git;a=tree. For example, vtkImageMapper3D.h
and vtkImageMapper3D.cxx (what I was looking for) are downloadable at
http://vtk.org/gitweb?p=VTK.git;a=tree;f=Rendering;h=f5dbda161527dadfbd248231bd9d404a2500e44d;hb=HEAD
