[vtkusers] Non-manifold triangles after running vtkBooleanOperationPolydataFilter

This is most likely a bug in the vtkBooleanOperationPolyDataFilter. Can you
post the image you referred to in your email showing the non-manifold
triangle? Also, it would be helpful if you can post the polydata with which
you are having problems.
