[vtkusers] suggested vtk and paraview courses

Hi David,

my few cents are:

1. Deep Integration with common GUI toolkit (such as Qt, FLTK and so on)
2. The interaction among objects (especially how to add custom behavior to default classes)
3. A better class insight to speed up the learning curve (which is now a bit slow I suppose)
