[vtkusers] Building Activiz

hi all,

does anybody succeed with building Activiz.net? I'd tried to build it on 
Visual Studio 2008 according to the following instructions.
http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/CSharp/ActiViz/Build
But I didn't succeed. Building gccxml and mummy went fine. But I get 
some Linker Errors while building Activiz.net within the following classes.

vtkGeoGraticule;vtkParallelRenderManager;vtkUnstructuredGridPartialPreIntegration;vtkTimerLog

It seems that some of their functions couldn't be wrapped.

Maybe someone can tell me which version of VTK I should use and which 
CMAKE settings I have to use.
