[vtkusers] vtkLookUpTable

hi folks, this may be seen as a silly question but, I will ask anyway.
I am visualizing CT, MR and US images, so far so good but, the problem
is: how do I build a vtkLookUpTable for any of this cases, CT images
must be presented in shades of greys (MONOCHROME1 and 2) as well as MR
images, US images can be RGB, color palettes and MONOCHROME1 and 2,
and they are all dicom images. Any general solution?
