[vtkusers] question ? [ MetaImageWriter Example ]

Hi All VTK Users ;)

I have a problem. I can't compile VTK/Examples/Cxx/IO/MetaImageWriter

http://www.cmake.org/Wiki/VTK/Examples/Cxx/IO/MetaImageWriter

I have already download and attached   vtkImageMapper3D.cxx and
vtkImageMapper3D.h
But not I received an error about vtkRenderingCoreModule.h.  ?
Where I could find  it ?

I would appreciate for any help and advice.
