[vtkusers] How to Install Q4VTKWidgetPlugin for QT Creator

David, I also tried building VTK in release mode in Visual Studio and copied
the dll and lib file for the plugin in C:\Qt\4.8.0_x64\plugins\designer and
I still get the error of "the file is not a valid QT plugin". Do you know
why I get this error? Thanks.
