[vtkusers] Mac/VTK/Qt problems

If it's of any relevance, CMake doesn't find many of the QT plugins and
executables.  Many of the paths say "[PLUGIN]-NOTFOUND".  Is it possible
that this is leading to errors when I try to compile Qt projects?
