[vtkusers] Setup vtk camera by result of POSIT algorithm

I am trying to estimate camera position by POSIT alogrithm. The posit
alogrithm procedures focal length, camera rotation matrix(3x3) and camera
translation matrix(3x1).


However, I do not know how to translate them into vtk camera parameter
(Camera Position, Focal Position, ViewUp, Angle of View).
