[vtkusers] How to divide each individual sub-model(not connected to each other) from the resulting of surface rendering or volume rendering?

Dear Sir or Madam,

 I use vtk surface rendering and volume rendering method to reconstruct
three-dimensional from two-dimensional image, the resulting generated many
pore model (not connected to each other).I want to know how to separate
them one by one, and calculate them volume or surface area?
The result of surface rendering.
