[vtkusers] boundary cells

Clarifications :
1) The vtkFeauturedEdge filter don't give me only the boundary edges
because I have some cells that are subdivisions of other. I.e , take one
cell, subdivide it in 4 little triangles and then attached it to the
polydata again. And some of this little triangles have vertices in the
middle edge of a bigger triangle, so they are used by only this little cell.
2) The little thing in screenshot 3 is there in screenshot 2, but when I
cut the image, I forgot to put it.
