[vtkusers] Using VTK through mex (MATLAB) on 64 bit Mac OSX 10.7

Hi all,

In case anyone is interested i fixed my problem, I reinstalled VTK with the
following flag:
VTK_USE_64BIT_IDS to OFF 

With this change the code works as desired.

If i wanted to have this flag on, would the solution be to typecast all id's
to vtkIdType?
