[vtkusers] vtkMatrix4x4 some changes

WoW amazing i did it  and it's ok every thing is build with the new
Vtkmultimatirx and i test it 
in volume rendring the problem is the Frames get better only with 0.1  
in the past i have 0.45 fps well know i have 0.55 fps for rendring 99 MRI
dicom with ray casting function composite i will keep doing sall changes end
i hope it  works
