[vtkusers] Configure light range

Hi all,

How to configure light to make it have limited lighting range? The images
below is a one-side closed cylinder.
What I want to achieve is, for the top view, only the cylinder wall near the
camera position is bright. The farther to the light, the darker. As for the
cylinder buttom, it should be almostly black.
