[vtkusers] Compiling VTK with Mingw64 ?

Hi ,
I used x86_64-w64-mingw32-gcc-4.6.1_rubenvb.zip
And latest VTK source from the GIT.
If you are compiling QT ,use official QT source . "NOT" the QT-Mingw64
port (https://gitorious.org/+qt-mingw-w64/qt/qt-mingw-w64-qt).
