[vtkusers] Compiling VTK with Mingw64 ?

This build is located:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/mingw-w64/files/Toolchains%20targetting%20Win64/Personal%20Builds/sezero_4.5_20101002/

If anyone else wants to try and use it.
