[vtkusers] Compile 64-bits code on 32 OS

Hi,

I tried compiling 64-bit version of VTK on 32-bit OS with 64bit machine.
Some projects got compiled properly while some failed. I guess, need to
arrange seperate machine with all 64-bit versions.
