[vtkusers] Set the Color of each line in vtkChartParallelCoordinates

but after updating to vtk-5.8 these functions still don't exist.
So I had 2 hours of compiling for nothing?

Can somebody please help.

vtkPlot does NOT have the functions, but in the examples they are used:


> SelectColorArray()
> SetLookupTable()
> SetScalarVisibility() 
>
