[vtkusers] vtkLegendScaleActor's labels?

Hello Users,

Is it possible to diplay ticks on one side of vtkLegendScaleActor's axis and
labels on the other side? i.e. if ticks are displayed towards left side of
the axis(line), then labels must be displayed on the right side. By default
ticks and labels are displayed on the same side (as per my observation).

Any ideas, suggestions appreciated.
