[vtkusers] VTK 5.6.1Compiling error

I have no problem at all compiling vtk-5.6.1 in Visual Studio 2008 32
or 64 bit. What options have you turned on in cmake-gui. I generally
turn on Qt and turn off testing and shared libs and that is it.
