According to this homepage <http://code.google.com/p/manageditk/> the
next ITK release (v4) might come with internal c# wappers, maybe you
should ask the ITK mailing-lists
<http://www.itk.org/ITK/help/mailing.html> about it.

And C# in combination with VTK and ITK, sorry, no idea.
