[vtkusers] vtkPlaneSource and Image

In ParaView, if I have a vtkPlaneSource and under the display tab Apply 
Texture, I can place an image on a plane. Is there a way to do this 
within a plugin? I am working on a ParaView plugin. I am able to create 
a texture map on the plane with vtkTextureMapToPlane however I can't get 
the actual image to load.

Any help would be appreciated.
