[vtkusers] Uncapping mesh/surface

Hi all,

I have generated a mesh/surface from vtkDiscretemarchingCubes filter and
smoothing with vtkWindowedSincPolyDataFilter. But the surface is closed on
all sides. I want to keep in open in the cranial and caudal sides.

How to do this?
