[vtkusers] how to use GDCM in VS 2010 for C# Project on Windows

Hi Dear, 

Version: GDCM 2.0.18 
Compiler:Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate 
Language:C# 
Platform:Windows 64-bit 

  i am getting this error while building GDCM for C# project in CMake

can any one help me .....which thing is going wrong. 
how i can correct it and use GDCM for C#
