Agreed. I made a link to: "Working with the DICOM coordinate system"
from here: http://www.vtk.org/Wiki/VTK/Tutorials . Some place like
this is where all the great information David G explained should go.
As Jothy said, there should also be (at least) 1 compilable example of
doing these things.
