[vtkusers] vtkDebugMacro

Hi,

When using vtkDebugMacro in my class (after class->DebugOn) sometimes the
messages do and some other times do not appear on the console. In contrast,
using just "cerr" always behaves as expected. Why is so? Do I miss some
flushing somewhere?
