[vtkusers] Bug in vtkTextActor for accentuated characters? (Continued)

Hi everybody!

First of all, Hello to everybody because I am new to this list, and to 
VTK ;-)

I am trying to display spanish characters in a label using vtkTextActor, 
I have seen this thread:

and Downloaded vtk version 5.6.1 but the commited patch is not in the 
vtkTextActor.h file, I do not understand why because the tag was made 
mounths later:

I work with svn and never worked with git, and I do not know if this is 
normal issue, and the patch is in another branch.

Could anybody tell me what should I do to get this working?
