[vtkusers] 3DS-Import

i loaded the same file in a 3ds-viewer from here: 
http://www.foto-freeware.de/download_win.php?id=521

the colors are loaded in this application but only when i turn on the 
light in the scene.

maybe there is also another way to load 3D-Models from sketchup into vtk?
