[vtkusers] Render only one Renderer or a subset of all the actors

Hi,

Is it possible to make a Render() call to render only one renderer?
or render only the actors I want to refresh?

Since I have a big volume, to render the volume it's like 3 fps.
And I have in screen buttons, when I press the button, I want it to update
the button image very fast, instead of rendering everything including the
volume.
