[vtkusers] [vtk-5.6 Snow Leopard 64 bit] QVTKWidget problem

A couple times in the past this has happened and its Nokia that fixes it.

What version of Qt are you using?  Maybe its another regression, or 
maybe you can change Qt versions to get a fix.

Or, you could switch to Cocoa instead of using Carbon.
