[vtkusers] translation problem

Dear All,

I created a mesh using vtkcountourfilter+ vtkstriper , and I select group of
point to translate , my problem is that I need to translate the other points
that out of selection acording to Finite element theory , and I want help in
how to get the stiffness matrix , or any way to get the displacement that
each poin out of selection can be translate by

any suggestion please
