[vtkusers] vtkImageViewe2 and Window Level

I'm replacing an vtkImageVewer to vtkImageViewer2, but I noted the
WindowLevel adjustment by dragging the left mouse button doesn't works.
How can I adjust W/L with vtkImageViewer2?.
