[vtkusers] VTK on MAC OS X 10.6

Is there an updated detailed tutorial for installing VTK on MAC OS X 10.6 for
development? 

I followed the directions here (http://www.paraview.org/Wiki/Cocoa_VTK) but
they are old and they did not work on my machine.
