[vtkusers] Procedure Entry Point not found

Hi Jim,

I'm not entirely sure what you mean by a clean make. I tried rebuilding all of VTK's libraries and then rebuilt the program that uses those libraries, but the problem persists. Is it necessary to modify the VTK source files (i.e. replace vtkTypeRevisionMacro with vtkTypeMacro) in VTK 5.6.0?
