[vtkusers] Graphical Tutorials for Obtaining VTK

I have used Turbo 5 for making videos. It has options for highlighting areas
etc . Both Audio/video I use the Jing . We probably dont need audio since it
will be straightforward . But yes it will take up less space than
screenshots.
