[vtkusers] Execute filter asynchronous

Hi David,

thank you for your answer.

What you describe is exactly the way I handle it now. The Problem is, that the execution of the pipeline make the whole UI extremely unresponsive in case of large data. Cuts are ok, but streamlines and isosurfaces make problems. No chance of dealing with them asynchronously. 

What about vtkMultiProcessController in combination with vtkThreadedController or vtkThreadedStreamingPipeline? That's what I found with a quick google search. Could those in principle solve my problem although requiring mayor rework?
