[vtkusers] CMake Boost with VTK?

I tried to subscribe to the list, but have not received a single email (will
try again). I am using the CMake build system with VTK in Titan. For VTK we
don't even need to compile do we? We just use the header only libs as far as
I could tell.

That said, the Titan dashboard is building Boost using CMake, and then VTK,
and then some other stuff. This is tested daily. I have also tested the 1.43
release with CMake build system, and that works fine here, but we are using
1.41 in Titan.
