[vtkusers] VTK 5.6 on OS X 10.6 with Python and X11

I have the same mouse but do NOT experience any issues with XQuarts,  
but then again I have an ATI-4870 video card in my Mac Pro. I also do  
NOT install the Logitech drivers but instead use "USB Overdrive"  
instead. I 10 years of using Logitech devices I have _never_ had a  
Logitech driver install actually work correctly. OTOH "USB Overdrive"  
has _always_ worked. Just my experience. Yours may vary.
