[vtkusers] updated parallel (MPI python examples

Hi,

Does anybody have a version of the ParallelCone.py example updated to run
with the latest version of vtk from the git repository?  I'm having trouble
updating my python code that uses vtk for parallel rendering. Seems like
several things have changed but I'm having difficulty translating from the
doxygen docs to the python code because not all of the C++ interface is
wrapped.
