[vtkusers] vtkBoxWidget2 & Disabling Rotation

There was a previous post that suggested that RotationEnabledOff function
was not implemented. I am using vtk 5.6.0 and I am noticing that it is still
not working. So my question is that is it still unimplemented?

If so is there a work around?
