[vtkusers] vtkXYPlotActor supports point annotation?

Hello
Does vtkXYPlotActor support point annotation? I want to place some
annotation to specified (x,y) point. 

Also, can I draw line between points such as (10,0) and (10,100) on
vtkXYPlotActor?
