[vtkusers] ImagePlaneWidget Mouse Event Handling Problem

Thanx to Hakan, i found the solution after wrote here. 

imageplane widget doesnt let me to handle its mouse events so i try to add
observer directly to the planewidget and do not look if mouse button pressed
or not just wrote my code and it works.
