[vtkusers] [announcement]3DConnexion devices support on VTK

Hello,

Yesterday I added support of 3DConnexion devices (like the
SpaceNavigator) for Mac with Cocoa, Carbon and Qt.

VTK already supports the devices on Windows with or without Qt and on
Linux without Qt.

The missing part is support for Linux with Qt.
