[vtkusers] VTK Books

Hi,

I wish to buy the latest and most updated VTK books (VTK Textbook + VTK User's Guide) but actually they aren't available (on both Amazon and Kitware site). The Kitware site report "Temporarily Sold Out, Coming Early 2010". Somebody can give me a more precise information about the date when these books will be available again?
