[vtkusers] vtk wiki page for porting vtk?

Is anyone interested in contributing to the VTK wiki on the topic of porting
VTK?

It appears the wiki does not yet have any content on this topic:

I am willing to create content for VTK that is similar to content available
for ITK at
http://www.itk.org/Wiki/ITK_MacPorts_Package_Maintainers
