[vtkusers] xxxxxSPAMxxxxx Activiz .NET non-commercial version(5.4.2) Embedding Problem

Hi, everyone!
 
I downloaded free version of Activiz .NET(5.4.2).
To make UserControl on Visual Studion 9, dragging renderWindowControl(Activiz .NET) to user control window,
then Visual Studio crashes down with message relating to Watermark.
 
My Question is :
Is commercial version have no problem to make UserControl on Visual Studio?
