[vtkusers] vtkImageViewer2 and vtkSeedWidget

That's where I'm running into trouble.  Is there any difference between
vtkRenderWindowInteractor + vtkInteractorStyleImage and imageviewer2?  Can
you still change the contrast and all of the other functionality that
imageviewer2 has?
