[vtkusers] Learning VTK

This is me using a vtkunstructured grid. The initial steps depend on your
data type. My data was contained in a text file, consisting of 3D
coordinates of the nodes, and then connectivity data, that is, nodes that
make up each element.

I understand your  trouble, as I only very recently started VTK too, for my
uni final year project.
