[vtkusers] porting a vtk java application

Hi,I have made a vtk application in java in windows. Needs to  port it to
the PC which dont have VTK installation. Have copied the dlls from
Cmake_installPrefix/bin to the client PC.
But still the Executable jar file do not runs on Client PC. Path are set to
the place where vtk dlls are copied.
vtk.jar is pacakged with the jar file, but still it says:
It says like: java.lang .unsatisfiedLinkingErroe vtkCommonJava.dll The
specified procedure could not be found.
