[vtkusers] Python wrapping of Qt GUISupport?

Wrapping that means it needs compatibility with PyQt or whatever else 
you're using along with VTK.
I don't think VTK python wrappers know how to do that.

Its doable, but someone just needs to take some time to make it work.
